Our firm specializes in real estate transactions, litigation, and land use permitting and development. We regularly practice throughout central and eastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire, with a special focus on the Merrimack Valley.


Role Description

This is a full-time, primarily on-site role located in Andover, MA for a Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney. The attorney in this role will handle various complex legal issues related to commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, and title review. They will work closely with the firm's diverse clients and be supported by the firm's experienced paralegals.


Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, current New Hampshire admission or willingness to seek NH bar admission (at the firm's expense).
  • At least 4 years of experience in commercial real estate law
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience with title review, zoning and land use regulations a plus
  • Proven track record of providing legal counsel and representation to clients in complex real estate issues
