Assistant Plant Manager

SUMMARY:

Resource Employment Solutions (RES) is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Plant Manager in the Camden, SC area. Our client specializes in the design, fabrication, and integration of light and medium gauge precision metal components for a global clientele of manufacturers.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate daily activities of both production and operation teams.
  • Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel.
  • Place production orders from customers.
  • Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7 – 10 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields is preferred.
  • Knowledge of production tools and equipment.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • SAP experience is a HUGE plus.


SHIFT/HOURS AND PAY:

1st Shift, MON-THU, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm & FRI 7:00 – 12:00 pm.

Salary - $70-$90K Based on experience.
