Job Summary:

With documentation in CRM, responsible for exceptional customer care for MIKROPUL Aftermarket Sales, parts, major components & service with focus on quality and on-time delivery. Major duties are (1) tracking and resolving customer issues/challenges with bi-monthly report on all issues, resolution, and preventative measures (2) ensuring delivery of all parts ahead of system assessments and bag changeouts performed by service technicians (3) liaison between warehouse, sales team, and customers (4) tracking delivery of all parts shipments, i.e. promise date vs. actual ship date (5) quote follow-ups and reconnections with installed base


Main Tasks and Responsibilities:


Qualifications:

  • Tracking and resolving customer issues and challenges. Reporting customer care log to leadership team twice per month. Specifically, resolution defined as (1) calling the customer to make an introduction and being the point of contact until resolved (2) in charge of resolution, i.e., calling vendors, MikroPul employees, etc. to identify and resolve the problems (3) provide weekly update to the customers until resolved.
  • Track all system assessments that are quoted and booked. Ensure delivery of all parts ahead of system assessments/bag-changeouts performed by service technicians.
  • Tracking delivered units with confirmation of plant manual and priced RSPL delivery. Reporting to leadership team once per month.
  • Shared responsibility with Inside Sales for inbound customer webchats, calls, and leads.
  • Responsible for being Warehouse “Gatekeeper” and working in unison with Aftermarket, Operations and Logistics to ensure shipments are sent out on-time. Provide report of promise date vs actual ship date.
  • Work with finance to ensure customers pay on time, receive the PO under the proper credit terms, release credit holds for shipment and deliver the invoice to customer after delivery.
  • Coordinate with Sales team to make O/B calls to customers relating to 1) Reconnections 2) quote follow-ups 3) surveys

All other duties that may be necessary from time to time outside the normal scope of your job description that will contribute toward the Company meeting its goals and objectives.


Your Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree with relative work experience in Supply Chain.
  • 5+ years in direct buyer and/or logistics experience.
  • Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) Preferred, not required.


Your Skills & Traits:

Proficient with Microsoft CRM, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams software

IFS10 system proficiency within 3-6 months, advanced user knowledge within 1 year

Reading/Interpreting Fabrication Drawings within 1 year

Mastery of AM Parts Quote development & delivery within 3-6 months

Expert ability to trace customer purchase and payment history
