Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bankruptcy Paralegal or Legal Secretary at Adams Law Group in St. Peters, MO. The role involves preparation of Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and related documents, preparation of Chapter 13 plans, drafting of legal pleadings, utilizing bankrtupcy software, extensive communication with clients and the courts, and supporting the attorneys in various tasks related to bankruptcy law.


Qualifications

  • Legal document preparation and Chapter 7 & 13 proficiency
  • Experience with and understanding of court procedures
  • Knowledge of consumer bankruptcy law
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
