The PC Administrator is responsible for the day to day administration, programming, and management of the personal care facility, including the health, safety and well-being of the residents, adherence to regulations and implementation of policies and procedures. This person should have an active PC Administrator license in PA, at least 5 years of experience working with the senior population and 3+ years in a management position.
