Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Alarm Technician. The Alarm Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of alarm systems, including fire systems and life safety equipment. They will also provide excellent customer service and ensure that all systems are functioning properly and meeting the needs of our clients. The Alarm Technician will work closely with our team to ensure the highest level of security and safety for our customers.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Low Voltage and Troubleshooting of Fire and Security Alarms
  • Knowledge of program and installing Security and Fire Alarm equipment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus
  • Clean Criminal History and a NC Drivers License required
