We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Spa Coordinator to oversee front desk operations and ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests. As the Spa Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and attending to various areas, including:

  • Reception desk
  • Guest waiting areas
  • Locker rooms
  • Storage and prep areas
  • Appointment scheduling and answering calls
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide excellent guest service and ensure a smooth flow of the spa and salon experience.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of guest-facing and back-of-house areas.
  • Monitor the appointment book and assist with scheduling.
  • Answer calls and handle inquiries with professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Reception experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a spa or salon setting.
  • Flexibility: Must be available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation is required for potential errand running.
  • Skills and Attributes:
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly, people-oriented, and customer-driven personality
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Proactive with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Membership sales experience is a plus
