Network Engineer

The position will focus on the core functions of network and security support, engineering: planning, implementation, analysis, maintenance, administration, and reporting for Retail and Corporate environment, as well as Supply Chain. This individual will be required to apply solid technical, business, and problem-solving skills in any situation. Through initiative, leadership and teamwork, this individual will create productive relationships with business units and internal IT teams. This position will have the opportunity to perform tactical decision making that supports the strategic direction of the organization, IT, and the Network team. The person will be supporting the corporate office as well as the retail locations around the country.


Must Haves:

  • 6+ years of experience with networking and security technologies
  • Experience with Aruba Wireless and ClearPass
  • Experience with Cisco switches
  • Experience configuring/architecting of Fortinet, Palo Alto, or other layer7 Firewalls (Cisco, Fortigate, etc.)
  • Experience taking projects end to end – Gather requirements from stakeholders, inform the team, create a proposal, and lead the project to completion
  • Must be a proactive problem solver, stay cool under pressure
  • Strong communication skills because will be leading meetings, presenting to leadership, etc.
