Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Multifamily Advisor - Associate, located in Homer Glen, IL. As a Multifamily Advisor - Associate, you will be responsible for outbound lead converstion, managing real estate transactions, conducting market research, and developing client relationships. In this role, you will be required to get an Illinois real estate broker license if you dont already have one.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
• Proven experience in sales or real estate brokerage
• Familiarity with relevant software for property listings and market analysis
• Active or in-progress real estate broker license in Illinois
