Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce technology to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Salesforce and a proven track record of effectively gathering and communicating requirements.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Conduct comprehensive requirement-gathering sessions to capture detailed business needs and objectives.
  • Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Salesforce technology.
  • Design, document, and maintain detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to business users during user acceptance testing and deployment phases.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of X years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce technology.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
  • Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
