Role Description


This is a full-time or part-time on-site role located in Urbandale, IA for a Speech Language Pathologist. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to individuals with communication disorders. This includes assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy techniques to help improve speech, language, and feeding skills. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.


Qualifications


  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatrics
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and neurodiversity affirming practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Professionalism and ethical conduct
