How would you like to work as a Shift Supervisor for a manufacturing company that owns more than 50% of their market and expects to grow 10% each year for the next 10 years (25% next year)? This is a direct hire opportunity just North of Shelbyville, KY. We are seeking to fill a night position for this growing organization.


This position offers a strong compensation package, the ability to work in a structured environment, exposure to all aspects of business, and a staff that has a passion for creating a great product.


This position would pay up to 70K with some bonus potential and the ability to earn additional money after 45 hours.


The core hours for the role are 5 pm - 5 am.


The Shift Supervisor will oversee the operations of a manufacturing facility where they will manage staff, ensure safety, monitor production, and oversee safety.


The responsibilities are the following:


* Supervise and coordinate the activities of personnel engaged in metal manufacturing operations.

* Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.

* Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.

* Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
