Our client is leading the Autonomous Commerce revolution, creating a self-governing B2B commerce experience that seamlessly connects buyers, suppliers, IoT, and partners. Their intelligent procurement solutions, driven by AI and machine learning, provide enterprise buyers and suppliers with smart-match recommendations, autonomously handling many repetitive tasks and streamlining enterprise commerce.

As a Technical Consultant within our client's Professional Services organization, you will act as the technical leader of an implementation team, interfacing a customer's ERP with the client's solutions. This role offers the opportunity to serve as a client-facing strategic partner and technical expert, empowering customers to achieve maximum value from their investments.

Responsibilities:

Principal Responsibilities:

- Utilize extensive product and industry knowledge to serve as the technical advisor for a portfolio of complex, cross-product, high-profile projects.

- Design and implement web services for real-time data integration with SaaS solutions.

- Optimize code and routines to ensure solution stability and easy maintenance.

- Troubleshoot issues and solve problems, collaborating with clients, peers, departments, and stakeholders.

- Independently lead on-site and remote technical workshops.

- Configure solution settings and basic workflows.

- Document designs, specifications, and field mappings as well as meeting agendas, notes, and key decisions.

- Work as part of multiple simultaneous project teams, alongside project managers, solution consultants, and other technical consultants.

- Manage your own work while following an established implementation methodology.

- Proactively mentor other technical consultants.

- Address challenging problems and recommend creative but viable solutions.

- Multitask effectively and communicate with both technical and functional audiences.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

- 8+ years of relevant business/solution/industry experience, including ERP or SaaS solutions.

- Strong customer-facing experience.

- A passion for learning new technology and working with people.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of business processes, paired with the ability to translate functional needs into technical solutions.

- Prior technical integration experience with Ellucian and Ellucian ETHOS.

- Previous technical integration experience with ERP Systems such as Oracle/PeopleSoft, SAP, SAP Ariba, Workday, NetSuite.

- Experience building integrations through middleware products such as webMethods, Dell Boomi, BizTalk, MuleSoft, or TIBCO.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of SQL.

- Working knowledge of XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, WSDL, and XSLT.

- Familiarity with data transfer protocols such as HTTP and SFTP.

- EDI or flat file integration experience.

- Experience with conversion or data integration-related projects.

- Solid understanding of the software lifecycle and development methodologies.

- Basic knowledge/concepts of software development in any programming language.
