Salary/Pay Rate: $ 44.00 - 49.00/hr DOE

Hours: Full-time

Duration: 11 months


Job Description:

Our Seattle Based Tech Company is searching for an Internal Communications & Event Manager to join our team and spearhead our marketing initiatives. This role will provide hands-on support for events, and assist in creating marketing content, messaging, and brand representation. The successful candidate will work closely with Industry Marketing and its nine branded industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute internal and external marketing events.
  • Develop field marketing enablement collateral to support marketing initiatives.
  • Manage internal communication channels and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-industry leads to create collateral.
  • Assist in delivering cross-functional and cross-industry marketing enablement programs, including creating collateral for marketing and sales.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing content for various channels including events, campaigns, digital platforms, messaging, and brand representation.
  • Assist in program management and execution of events, campaigns, digital initiatives, messaging, and brand activities, working closely with program leads.
  • Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing support, including business planning, collateral creation, program management, events.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in internal communications management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and presenting performance metrics.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-industry teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.


Note: This role is working PST hours, and candidates should be comfortable compiling, analyzing, and presenting performance metrics to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement and overall performance improvement.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $44.00 to $49.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
