We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Sales Consultant. As a Pre-Sales Consultant at rSTAR Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in our sales process, providing technical expertise and guidance in middleware, custom app development, and AI consulting projects. You will work closely with the sales and practice teams to understand customer requirements, develop technical solutions, and articulate the value and vision of these solutions to potential clients.


Professional Qualifications-

Lead technical discussions with clients, translating complex technical concepts into clear and concise language.

Partner with Account Executives to understand client requirements, pain points, and desired business outcomes.

Develop and deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations showcasing our solutions and their value proposition.

Work collaboratively with engineers to craft winning technical proposals that address client needs and exceed expectations.

Stay current on the latest IT trends and technologies within our focus areas (Custom App Dev, Middleware, AI, and CX).

Identify and qualify technical leads, supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle.

Assist in developing and maintaining pre-sales collateral (e.g., solution briefs, case studies)

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


Skill

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role within the IT professional services industry.

Proven experience in solution design, especially for custom application development, middleware integration, AI, or CX solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor technical information for diverse audiences.

Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to effectively collaborate with Account Executives.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in technical documentation and proposal writing.
