Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in automation manufacturing to ensure the optimal operation of our automated systems and machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, as well as experience troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in automated machinery.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and implement improvements in automated processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests on equipment, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
  • Participate in the installation and commissioning of new automated systems and machinery.
  • Train and mentor junior maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience in maintenance, with a focus on automation manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLC programming, and robotics.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to on-call maintenance needs.
