Qualification Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working as Superintendent supporting government (USACE/NAVFAC) or base contracting construction
  • CQM USACE and OSHA 30 Certifications
  • Experience constructing in Alaska (+)
  • Experience with RMS (+) and/or Procore


Project Details: A client of Insight Global is seeking to add a Superintendent to its growing team supporting a project at Eielson Air Force Base in Fairbanks, AK. This is a design build interior renovation project for a kennel on the base.

  • Scope:
  • Small addition to the building; some ground up construction
  • Pre-engineered metal building
  • Some underground utilities
  • 100% design
  • Buyout is 70-80% done
  • Submittals need some catch up prior to mobilization
