Job Summary:

Illuminate USA is seeking a senior Human Resources Leader in Pataskala, Ohio. This role involves overseeing a team of HR Business Partners dedicated to supporting essential business functions such as Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and HR.


You will play a crucial role in advancing our mission and strategic objectives across various professional sectors. Your leadership will be instrumental in upholding our status as an employer of choice by executing strategic HR initiatives designed to attract and retain top talent.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR leadership across professional groups, influencing long-term goals and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost associate morale, job satisfaction, and overall engagement.
  • Collaborate directly with the broader people & culture functions to ensure alignment and a consistent approach to HR practices.
  • Communicate company initiatives, programs and people practices that enable individuals and teams to thrive.
  • Implement succession management, talent reviews and performance calibration sessions in partnership with the organization development/talent management team
  • Analyze HR metrics and employee feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct sensitive investigations and manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and maintaining fairness.
  • Coach, develop and mentor others, fostering a cohesive and supportive work environment.


How You’ll Make an Impact:


  • Advise on HR trends and best practices to drive organizational goals.
  • Lead conflict resolution efforts and maintain positive workplace relationships.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address cross-functional challenges and opportunities.
  • Facilitates open communication, builds trust and maintains relationships that optimize teamwork and productivity
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations and escalates to Senior HR leader for the business unit to ensure consistency.
  • Maintains an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Works closely with Human Resources leadership, Business and Operations leadership and associates to improve work relationships, create culture, build morale, and retention.
  • Supports Workday and other HRIS systems ensuring accuracy of data.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of HR & managerial experience
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintains a high degree of confidentiality
  • Workday experience a plus.
