Responsibilities:

  • Support project management in the development and execution of project plans.
  • Assist with technical documentation, project reports, including RFI's and submittals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays.
  • Assist the estimating team with takeoffs and bid creations.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of construction principles and project management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Procore and Bluebeam is ideal, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
