Role Description

This is a full-time Concrete Foreman role, responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of concrete construction projects on site in Le Mars, IA. The Concrete Foreman will manage the concrete crew, maintain project timelines, provide quality control, ensure safety and compliance with regulations, and communicate effectively with the project owner and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concrete work or construction management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in concrete construction
• Familiarity with safety requirements, regulations, and procedures
• Basic math and computer skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as needed
