Job Description: As a Sales Consultant at Security Tapestry, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. This is a commission-based role, offering you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on your performance. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored cybersecurity solutions, and building long-term relationships with clients. Your role will involve collaborating with the technical team to ensure the solutions meet client requirements and deliver value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cybersecurity market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solution alignment with client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives, with the opportunity to earn substantial commissions.
- Stay updated on industry trends & news, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage the sales pipeline and report on key metrics.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT space.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including SOC operations, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) and sales pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Familiarity with technologies like SIEM, XDR, vulnerability management tools (e.g., Tenable Nessus), and incident response/ticketing platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
