Are you ready to bring your engineering skills to a fast-growing manufacturer in Cedarburg? My client is looking to add a talented Electrical Engineer to their dynamic team, where you'll play a key role in designing and supporting cutting-edge projects.


What’s in it for you?

  • Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 7:00am 3:30pm after training
  • Pay: Up to $35/hr, based on experience
  • Insurance: Medical, Dental and Vision


Daily duties include:

  • Troubleshooting products over the phone and occasionally collaborating with customers on design solutions.
  • Generate control panel drawings using AutoCAD and other design software
  • Design PLC programs to integrate with control panels
  • Troubleshoot control panels in the field over the phone & through email
  • Design and modify control panel bill of materials
  • Support existing engineering projects
  • Adhere to UL 508A and 698A guidelines for panel design
  • Provide engineering support to the production team
  • As candidates gain experience, they may also be required to conduct trainings for small groups (10-15 people).


Requirements for this role include:

  • An Electrical Engineering degree or a related engineering degree is required.
  • Prior engineering experience, particularly in a panel shop, is preferred.
  • Programming experience is required, but we're open to various kinds of programming backgrounds, as long as candidates have taken some classes in the past.
