Our handcrafted drapery panels are made in-house. Fabric is sourced from Turkey, and we also carry high-end brands like Romo, Zinc, and Black Edition.


Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Associate. As a Store Associate, your daily tasks will include keeping the store presantable, assisting customers in selecting the perfect window treatments, providing product information, creating quotes, and working with sales persons on finalizing sales.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
  • Interest of window treatments and interior design
  • Attention to detail and ability to engage with the clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Prior sales experience is preferred
