We are seeking a Senior PEGA Developer with expertise in PEGA PRPC, Java development, AWS, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable and efficient healthcare applications.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior PEGA Developer who can design, develop, and implement PEGA-based solutions, leveraging Java technologies and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PEGA PRPC, Java development, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and a strong understanding of healthcare processes and workflows.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and implement PEGA-based solutions for healthcare applications, including case management, workflow automation, and decisioning capabilities.
  2. Hands-on experience in PEGA, Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and AWS development, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
  3. Perform impact analysis of project requirements and create technical requirement specifications.
  4. Configure and customize PEGA applications to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  6. Develop and maintain Java-based applications, services, and APIs using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other Java frameworks.
  7. Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to PEGA, Java development, AWS, and healthcare IT.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a PEGA Developer with expertise in PEGA PRPC, Java development, AWS, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  3. Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  4. Hands-on experience in PEGA PRPC development, including case design, data modeling, and rule configurations.
  5. Experience with Java technologies, including Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
  6. Knowledge of AWS cloud services, such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch.
  7. Ability to analyze project requirements, perform impact analysis, and create technical specifications.
  8. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  1. PEGA certification(s) such as CSA, CSSA, or CPBA.
  2. Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  3. Knowledge of healthcare IT standards and regulations, such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA.
  4. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery.
  5. Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  6. Ability to mentor and coach junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.
