- **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

- **Market Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to offer valuable insights and guidance.

- **Compliance:** Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.


**Qualifications:**


- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on healthcare roles preferred.

- **Knowledge:** Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including the roles and responsibilities of Nurses and Allied Health professionals.

- **Skills:** Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
