Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor - BILINGUAL MANDARIN


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our New Jersey warehouse. You will be responsible for the execution and implementation of warehouse construction and expansion projects, building and leading the warehouse team, ensuring efficient daily operations, and managing logistics-related issues. This role requires excellent communication and coordination skills, as you will be the bridge between our US and China teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution and implementation of warehouse construction and expansion projects in the US.
  • Collaborate with the China team to handle pre-opening work in the local area.
  • Build and lead the warehouse's operational management team.
  • Develop and optimize systems for attendance, operations, and other warehouse aspects.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound operations, ensuring timely and quality completion.
  • Manage logistics-related customer complaints, disputes, and exceptional situations.
  • Identify and address high-frequency problems to optimize warehouse processes.
  • Monitor and provide early warnings for warehouse risks, including infringement, loss prevention, natural disasters, and political factors.
  • Facilitate clear and efficient communication between the Chinese and US departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in US warehouse operations (3+ years leading a warehouse team is a plus).
  • Experience in logistics management within e-commerce or the fashion industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with US logistics service providers and the local third-party labor market.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with a deep understanding of cultural differences.
