Financial Analyst - Augusta, GA


Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial expenses and revenues versus budget and prior year
  • Provide financial recommendations to P&L owners to drive business results.
  • Assist in creating pricing models for multimillion-dollar client proposals..
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and input to the general ledger.
  • Maintain reporting systems to collect and generate relevant financial information.
  • Create Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reporting Packages.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial data for Division Managers and Senior Management.
  • Drive and implement strategic initiatives set by Senior Management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required
  • MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in P&L and Budget Analysis, month end close, preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Ability to complete projects timely and accurately (critical)
  • ERP software experience such as NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics/Great Plains
  • Experience with Hyperion, TM1, Power BI
