Job Advert: Superintendent – Commercial Interiors (Houston, TX)

Are you a skilled Superintendent with a focus on corporate interiors, build-outs, and healthcare projects? A reputable Commercial General Contractor in Houston is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead projects ranging from $500K to $4M.


*Note: Candidates with only residential or multi-family experience will not be considered*


Position Highlights:

  • Location: Houston, TX
  • Project Types: Corporate interiors, build-outs, and healthcare
  • Project Values: $500K - $4M
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years managing similar commercial interior projects in Houston


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the construction team, coordinating all activities on site and managing subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines
  • Manage day-to-day problem solving, ensuring smooth site operations
  • Maintain strong communication with the project management team, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with project specifications


Key Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a Superintendent in commercial interiors and healthcare construction.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a commitment to quality, safety, and timely project completion.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
