Must Have:

  1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience with Unity 3D, C#
  2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience with Unreal, C++
  3. Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
  4. Strong knowledge of object-oriented design patterns with C#, 3D Vector math and data structures
  5. Experience designing immersive applications XR and web/mobile games/apps using Unity
  6. Good knowledge of SDKs like OpenVR, Google Daydream ARCore, ARKit and other XR SDKs for Unity
  7. Experience with level design
  8. Experience in the full game lifecycle, working from early concept through launch
  9. Experience designing for and implementing Unity Services
  10. Proficient with using version control (e.g. SVN or Git)
  11. Experience with game asset and animation pipelines, including character and environment setups
  12. Proficient with prefabs, particle systems, game physics, animation, scriptable objects, asset bundles, navigation and scene lighting in Unity
  13. Expert understanding of all aspects of game design (level, non-player characters [NPCs], game mechanics)
  14. Solid organization skills with adherence to file structures, naming conventions and other established protocols Knowledge about Networking and Database


Good-to-Have:

  1. Passion for mobile games/XR technologies and stay in touch with evolving game standards and development technologies
  2. Good knowledge of 2D workflow in Unity and Unreal
  3. Good knowledge of different versions of platforms and how to tackle OS specific issues
  4. Proven experience implementing best practices for software code development, re-use, and componentization
  5. Experience with 3d modeling/rendering and content creation tools like 3ds Max, Maya or similar platforms Experience with other game web JS based engines
