Job Description

LQ Marketing Coordinator is to help to create strategies and implement plans to help market a company's services or products by coordinating meetings, organizing teams and creating and maintaining marketing content on the internet and in person events.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
  • Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
  • Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand
  • Creates and maintains marketing content such as ad copy or social media posts
  • Coordinates meetings with marketing partners and executive team members to discuss campaigns
  • Updates and gathers marketing data to create reports and present significant information
  • Attends team meetings to discuss upcoming sales goals and objectives
  • Monitors marketing trends and company social media accounts
  • Conducts search engine optimization (SEO) research
  • Reconciles marketing budgets with expenses for marketing campaigns
  • Attends conferences and trade events to meet with vendors, clients and potential customers and deepen industry connections
  • Communicates with sales team to establish goals and determine effective marketing strategies


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of all social networking platforms
