Pay Range: $19-20/hour

Start Date: 12/2/24

Duration: Contract-to-hire, seeking long-term, full-time employees

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM MST (40 hours per week) - will work 1 Saturday per month


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • At least one year of healthcare experience.
  • Experience in insurance verification, prior authorization, or pharmacy claims.
  • PTCB or NHA certification preferred, but not required.


Job Duties:

  • Receive, enter, and process prescriptions according to established protocols.
  • Review all pertinent medical documentation sent in from healthcare providers.
  • Obtain a fundamental understanding of the product for quick pharmacy assistance.
  • Resolve open orders through communication with pharmacists and the customer experience team.
  • Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team and pharmacists.
  • Other duties will be assigned as needed.
