You’ll also support innovation in how we use marketing technology and data visualization to deliver results.What You’ll DoTranslate business goals into measurement strategies and test plansLead analysis projects and ensure quality of junior team outputsDeliver insights that drive marketing and business decisionsGuide reporting, optimization, and client learning agendasPartner across strategy, media, and creative teamsContribute to our analytics toolkit (dashboards, taxonomy, tools)Support the growth of junior analysts and foster team collaborationWhat You Bring3+ years in marketing analytics, research, or martechStrong SQL and Excel skills; comfort with tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or LookerClear, structured communication and insight storytellingProven ability to manage projects
