Job Description:
Gallagher-Kaiser's Kais-AIR is a leader in the design, engineering, fabrication, installation, and service of modular industrial equipment. Providing a variety of modular custom and specialty air handling equipment, data centers, battery energy storage systems, modular operating theaters and more; we collaborate closely with our Kaiser Enterprise family of companies for this work.
We are hiring a talented and motivated technician to join our collaborative service team to champion preventive maintenance for our current site in Lordstown Ohio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain working relationships with customers and vendors to assure efficient and prompt work execution.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks with thorough systems understanding to assure customer systems properly maintained.
- Requires skill of analyzing possible control system malfunctions and determining appropriate repairs. Examples include troubleshooting system control components, field devices, sensor wiring, general input/output wiring and network/communication wiring/configuration and troubleshooting Mechanical equipment.
Skills and Abilities:
- Working knowledge and advanced abilities in use of PC and software (Basic and Automation).
- Knowledge of control theory, sequencing, applications, and components.
- Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment
- Effectively manage time and stay organized.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
- Strong written communication skills with keen eye for detail.
- Must be able to read engineered drawings (Mechanical/Electrical/Controls).
- Work independently

Preferred Credentials/Experience:
- Building automation Programming/Integration experience [Siemens PLC Platform]
- At least 5 years' experience working on HVAC equipment
- Mechanical/Electrical/Controls experience
