JOB TITLE: Marketing Administrator

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

REPORTS TO: Marketing Director

CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt


The published pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, which doesn't include any bonus information and/or our very generous benefits package. This pay range may be adjusted for certain geographies, based on local labor costs. If you are hired at Ducati North America, your final hourly rate will be based on factors such as geographic location, skills, and depth of experience.


SUMMARY:

As the Ducati North America (DNA) Marketing Administrator you will directly support the Marketing department assisting with a wide range of marketing activities and purchasing processes. This position will require a passionate, detail orientated individual who is motivated to learn and support every aspect of the marketing mix and possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the departments purchase order (PO) processes. This includes creation, input and tracking of PO’s and marketing expenses to assist the Marketing Director and Finance team with budget planning and vendor management
  • Liaison with venues, suppliers and internal stakeholders to support the execution of company events and client experiences
  • Support Marketing team through liaison with multiple vendors the sourcing of marketing materials and branded items
  • Support Marketing team with the distribution of Dealer Marketing and Sales Bulletins
  • Assist Marketing Director with the scheduling of social media campaigns through Sprout Social platform
  • Support Marketing Director with the collection and compiling of marketing reports, presentations and KPI measurement
  • Perform other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in department support role
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent grammar
  • Strong communicator. Confident in communicating with internal and external contacts as well as customers/prospects
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to organize data
  • Passionate with a positive “can-do” attitude
