$25 - $30/hr. based on experience

Onsite position, Houston office located in Galleria area

Main Duties:

  • Utilize Revit software to create 3D models and construction documents that accurately represent the design intent of our clients' projects
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to develop innovative design solutions that meet project objectives and client needs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Revit software and other design technologies, and implement them into project workflows to improve efficiency and quality
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure that all work is completed within the given deadlines and meets the required standards of quality
  • Conduct thorough reviews of Revit models and construction documents to identify and resolve any potential conflicts or discrepancies
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on project progress, address any questions or concerns, and solicit feedback
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of company standards and best practices for Revit software and other design tools
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and proactively seek out opportunities to add value and improve the overall design
  • Participate in training and mentoring programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge related to Revit software and design principles
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and codes, to ensure the delivery of safe and compliant designs
  • Maintain organized and accurate project documentation, including models, drawings, and other relevant files

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Associate's, or certificate in CAD Engineering Technology highly preferred, experience can be a substitute
  • 1-3+ years of recent experience in Revit in a professional design environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative team design environments
  • Deadline driven work environment, strong time management skills required
  • Interest in learning new disciplines and using available resources to invest in sharpening professional design skills and beyond
