Job Summary:

  • The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in driving production efficiency, implementing process improvements, and leading major capital projects in a multi-plant manufacturing environment. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, using technical expertise to support production, and managing the deployment of solutions on the manufacturing floor.


Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Requirements: Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience; have a minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing setting with hands-on CNC exposure; demonstrate proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software, especially AutoCAD and Inventor; exhibit strong leadership and teamwork abilities to collaborate across all staff levels; possess excellent troubleshooting skills across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems; and maintain a proactive approach with effective deadline management.
