Looking for an experienced Senior Civil Designer to join our team In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring safe, economical, and maintainable designs for capital and maintenance projects. If you have a solid background in Civil/Structural Design and exceptional technical skills, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Civil aspects on multi-discipline projects with guidance from Civil Engineer.
  • Develop project scope, assist with cost estimates, and determine resource needs.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings and documentation for construction bid packages.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to accomplish project design goals.
  • Evaluate vendor bids and drawings for compliance with specifications.
  • Independently perform Civil design functions in various areas.
  • Exchange technical information with peers, engineering disciplines, and suppliers.


Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Civil design and bid package development using Civil Computer Design Tools.
  • Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with high initiative and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with engineering documentation and design standards.
  • Experience with MicroStation, 3D Modeling, and Microsoft Word and Excel.


Education/Experience:

  • Associate degree in civil technology, Architectural Degree, or equivalent.
  • 10 to 16 years of design experience in the Civil/Structural field.
