Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role with both in person and telehealth opportunities. The Psychotherapist will provide therapy and counseling services primarily to couples and families, with some additional individual cases. The day-to-day tasks include conducting therapy sessions, efficient documentation of services and collaboration/consultation with colleagues. This role is a good fit for candidates looking for a community of like-minded clinicians while also having the flexibility and autonomy for a professional life that suits you.


Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology or a Ph.D. or Psy.D. degree from an accredited program
  • Active, unrestricted, current license in the State of Illinois; licensed at the clinical or provisional licensed level; or ability to qualify for licensure
  • Prior practicum or work experience with couples and families
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to establish a strong therapeutic alliance
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Ability to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment
