Contracts Paralegal

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join the legal department at a local healthcare customer in Towson, MD. This individual will be assigned to the Transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a wide range of contractual matters, supporting the legal department in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. This person will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contract documents including service agreements, vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and licensing agreements. They will assist in the management of contract lifecycle, including initial requests, document preparation, negotiation, execution, renewal, and termination. They will coordinate with internal departments and external parties to facilitate the contract review process. They will maintain an organized system for tracking and storing contracts and related documents. They will also be the primary individual and trained as a subject matter expert during the implementation of Workday as a contract management tool.
