What You'll Do:
- Lead project due diligence—from reviewing budgets and schedules to assessing site reports and engineering plans.
- Manage consultants (engineers, architects, attorneys) throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timelines are met.
- Drive the permitting, approval, and contracting processes—leading bids, negotiations, and execution of government agreements.
- Oversee project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Interface with utility companies, local governments, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Inspect sites, manage property approvals, and oversee all phases of construction through completion.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards (NPDES/SWPPP).
- Build relationships with customers, addressing site design needs and maintaining professional ethics.
Key Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in development or construction.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and a knack for using tech tools to streamline processes.
- Ability to travel and adapt to varied environments (office, site visits, client meetings).
