Technology Manager will be responsible for managing all technology-related aspects of a BMP environment. This includes overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of technology systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and supporting the technological needs of our research and development teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing technology, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.


Technology Management:

  • Oversee all technology systems and infrastructure within the BMP environment.
  • Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of technology systems.
  • Implement and maintain software and hardware solutions to support BMP operations.
  • Develop and enforce technology policies and procedures.

System Implementation and Optimization:

  • Lead the implementation of new technology solutions to enhance BMP processes.
  • Optimize existing technology systems to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and procure new technologies.

Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure all technology operations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.

Support and Training:

  • Provide technical support to research and development teams, addressing any technology-related issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff on new technology systems and best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all technology-related inquiries and concerns.

Project Management:

  • Manage technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with company goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing technology within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of BMP operations, GMP standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in managing enterprise software systems, network infrastructure, and data security protocols.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful technology implementations.
