Job Title: Commercial Construction Project Manager

Schedule: M-F, standard business hours

Location: Greater Indianapolis area

Duration: 1 year contract to permanent hire

Pay Rate: $40-70/hr (DOE)


Must Haves:

  • At least 3 years of commercial construction project management
  • Managed projects with budgets of $1-10 million minimum
  • Able to go onsite to different project locations in the Detroit area


Plusses:

  • Bachelor's Degree


Main Responsibilities:

The client you are working for is a building automation subcontractor, so a lot of your day to day will entail:

  • Coordinating and pushing projects to completion
  • Managing subcontractors, site superintendents, schedulers
  • Honing in on timelines of mechanical and electrical staff
  • Budgeting, scheduling, estimating
  • Understanding the scope of the job and main end goal

These construction projects could be a rebuild, or a complete new build. Mainly healthcare, stadiums, schools, and other large commercial projects
