Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of NetSuite ERP implementations, including planning, scoping, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, and develop functional and technical solutions based on best practices.
  • Configure NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and other custom applications as per client needs.
  • Conduct process reviews and business analysis to identify gaps and recommend process improvements within the NetSuite platform.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and post-implementation consultation to clients.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring timely execution and successful completion.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide efficient resolutions during and after the implementation phase.
  • Work with the development team to create custom reports, workflows, scripts, and integrations when necessary.
  • Stay updated on NetSuite releases, new features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to clients.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on NetSuite ERP, providing strategic consulting to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP implementations, including functional configuration, customizations, and project management.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite core modules (e.g., Financials, Inventory, CRM, Order Management, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Proven experience in managing the end-to-end ERP implementation process, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and post-go-live support.
  • Ability to map client business requirements into NetSuite functionalities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and working cross-functionally.
  • NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation) are a plus.
  • Experience with data migration, scripting (SuiteScript), and third-party integrations is a plus.
