Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Brand Associate to join our Nature's Garden team. In this role, you will play an essential part in developing and executing brand strategies that drive innovation, elevate our brand presence, and foster engagement with our consumers. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the fast-growing healthy snacks category.
- Brand Strategy Execution: Collaborate with and report directly to the Brand Manager to develop and implement strategic marketing plans for Nature's Garden.
- Market Research and Consumer Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer trends, competitive insights, and product innovation opportunities.
- Product Launch and Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand communication strategies.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor brand performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, supply chain, and other teams to ensure alignment and execution of brand objectives.
- Agency Coordination: Liaise with external agencies to maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Marketing Materials Management: Oversee the creation and production of marketing assets, including advertisements, digital content, and promotional materials.
- Daily Brand Building Support: Engage in the day-to-day aspects of brand building, ensuring that all initiatives align with the brand’s values and long-term vision.
Qualifications:
Have a passion for consumer/market data & trend analysis
Ability to craft a narrative based on research,
Excellent analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for health and wellness.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
