Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Secretary at Louisiana Insurance Services in Ruston, LA. The Administrative Secretary will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks, providing administrative assistance, managing communications, scheduling appointments, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
