Qualifications

  • Proficient in SAP HR Payroll functional configuration.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of US SAP Payroll functionalities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborated in the development of functional requirements, testing, training, and implementation of applications.
  • Conducted business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses to align IT with business objectives.
  • Facilitated the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance client business functionality and overall performance, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Designed, configured, and tested various SAP modules.
  • Managed SAP implementations from initiation to completion.
  • Analyzed current client business processes, recommending and developing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Executed complex assignments that required the development of new or improved procedures.
  • Maintained comprehensive knowledge of the organization, adhering to all standards.
  • Took responsibility for the successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products to clients.
  • Developed and evaluated implementation plans and criteria, providing direction and leadership to team members.
