Kondor Blue is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This person should have a strong understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and current trends in the field, with proficiency in tools like Davinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.
• Color Grading: Enhance the visual appeal of footage using advanced color correction techniques, primarily in Davinci Resolve.
• Motion Graphics & Special Effects: Create dynamic motion graphics, special effects, and animations to elevate video content.
• Graphic Design: Design engaging lower thirds, YouTube thumbnails, and other graphic elements to support visual storytelling.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute video concepts that align with project goals and branding.
• Camera Operation: Assist in video production shoots and ensure footage quality aligns with post-production requirements.
• Adapt to Trends: Stay updated on current trends in video editing, motion graphics, and AI tools to keep our content fresh and innovative.
• Team Collaboration: Thrive in a team environment, sharing knowledge and learning from others to push the creative boundaries.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Expert knowledge of Davinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), or similar tools.
• Experience in Motion Graphics and Special Effects: Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, visual effects, and animation work.
• Graphic Design Skills: Experience designing assets like lower thirds, thumbnails, and titles for various platforms.
• Detail-Oriented and Creative: Ability to spot details and work with creative vision to enhance storytelling through video.
• Fast-Paced Team Environment: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to Learn and Teach: Open to learning new tools, techniques, and industry trends, and sharing knowledge with the team.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience working with AI tools in video editing or design.
• Knowledge of other editing software and NLE workflows.
