*Permanent Director of Nursing - Essex County, NJ*
LeaderStat is partnering with a non-profit, award-winning, state-of-the-art Assisted Living facility in Essex County, NJ who is seeking a permanent Director of Nursing. This is a well-run facility with an outstanding reputation and a mission to care for people.
Qualifications:
- RN in New Jersey (active and in good standing)
- 3+ years of Nursing leadership experience in an assisted living/memory care environment (or SNF setting)
- Excellent acumen with administrative skills
- Motivational leader
- Experience working for a not-for-profit
