United Soccer Coaching is a Soccer Coaching and development company based in San Carlos, CA. We specialize in elite soccer programs and community soccer initiatives, working with schools, clubs, colleges, and private programs to enhance player development. Our mission is to increase awareness of soccer and its benefits to communities through our Soccer4All program.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Soccer Coach at United Soccer Coaching. The Soccer Coach will be responsible for day-to-day coaching and training activities, including organizing practice sessions, developing game strategies, and providing guidance and support to players. The Soccer Coach will also collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure the success of the soccer programs.


Qualifications

  • Soccer Coaching and Coaching skills Preferably USSF Licenses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and passion for football/soccer
  • Experience in education or working with youth
  • Ability to create and implement effective training plans
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Relevant coaching certifications/licenses
