Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, operations research, mathematics, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in the enterprise application domain and 5+ years master data management implementation experience (preferably using Informatica software) across multiple B2B and B2C industries
  • Expertise and deep experience in transforming complex strategic business requirements into workable technology solutions
  • Deep expertise in technical solution architecture, service-oriented architecture (SOA), data architecture, performance scaling, cloud computing, data governance, data quality management, application integration, business intelligence, data warehousing, big data analytics and metadata management from ideation to deployment
  • Hands-on experience with data integration technologies, preferably including Power Center, CDI, IDQ/CDQ and other Informatica capabilities
  • Strong, well-grounded point of view on enterprise integration patterns and optimized solution architectures and designs
  • Substantial experience designing, implementing and validating complex data mappings, business logic, hierarchies, machine learning algorithms, system integrations, reports and visualizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple audiences, including senior business and technical partners
  • Strong SQL, data warehousing, and relational database technology skills and experience - e.g. Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience in both pre-sales and post-sales delivery contexts – ability to define and build MDM capabilities and convey business and technical benefits and value to our prospects and customers


Responsibilities include:


· Program Execution: Design and implement MDM solutions across various applications and data sources. Lead large-scale multi-domain master data projects through all lifecycle stages including concept formulation, determination of appropriate methodology and tools, evaluation and selection among multiple architectural options, data and business analysis, detailed design, advanced analytics, data visualization, quality assurance, UAT and deployment.


· Entrepreneurial Problem Solving: Develop master data strategies and models, integrate first- and third-party data, develop and implement complex business rules (e.g. match/merge, hierarchy logic) and machine learning algorithms, resolve technical issues, and ensure rigorous quality assurance of solutions.


· Leadership: Define and develop MDM vision, strategy, roadmap and execution for our customers. Engage with Senior leadership across functional areas - Marketing, Sales, Customer support, Finance and others – to drive forward MDM and Data Governance programs and projects. Define, architect, develop and deliver strategic, differentiated analytical capabilities and technologies.
